Ventilation: Time to adopt European ideas

H&V News looks at a 2008 study by the Fraunhofer Institut Bauphysik in Germany which shows that Demand Controlled Ventilation is a more cost-effective and reliable method of delivering the optimum indoor environment than heat recovery.
